Ready, Set, Visualize: Kickstart Your Architectural Visualization Project in No Time!

If you've chosen a plan for your architectural visualization project, the urge to dive straight into implementation is powerful. To achieve a brilliant final result, ample development time is vital. The sooner we kick-off, the more time we have to refine the vision and deliver breathtaking visualizations.

We've compiled a list of the critical input materials required to supercharge our work efficiency and get your project rolling ASAP. These essential inputs could be the difference between merely satisfactory visualizations and truly captivating architectural masterpieces.

A Robust 3D Model

At the core of our work lies the 3D model. Whether you're working with SketchUp, Revit, Archicad, Rhino, or any other platform, we need the current 3D model in a universal format like FBX or OBJ to jumpstart our process. If your inputs are limited to DWG drawings, fear not! We can construct the 3D model for you, although it may impact timelines and incur additional costs.

Optimal CAD File Formatting

Should you provide CAD files, we recommend saving them in the 2004 DWG format. Including site plans, elevations, projections, and cross-sections in DWG or PDF formats expedites our work, ensuring your project gets off the ground quickly.

Detailed Material Finish Documents

While not strictly necessary, supplying documents describing the finish of materials on your designs can be an invaluable time-saver. We can work without them if the material distribution is embedded in the 3D model, but standalone files help us more accurately and efficiently develop the look and feel of the materials.

References and Inspirations

As visual storytellers, we're constantly searching for inspiration. Providing references related to your project's architecture, greenery, and materials fuels our creative process. Alongside these, any vision or mood ideas can help us fine-tune the ambiance of your visualizations. Based on these inspirations, we brainstorm and present our visualization ideas via a collaborative Miro board.

Link to Google Maps and Site Photos

In addition to the site plan, a Google Maps link adds depth to our work. We strive to recreate the unique characteristics of a project's surroundings, resulting in more accurate and captivating visualizations. Site photos also serve as backplates, contributing to an engaging, realistic background.

The Essential Trio

For those pressed for time, our work can commence with the essential trio: a 3D model, a site plan, and a dash of inspiration. While the full suite of materials guarantees the most seamless start, we understand that time constraints might necessitate a leaner approach.

Stepping into Action

With these basic materials in hand, our team leaps into action. We'll set up a Miro board for your project and start crafting the first Camera Approvals. This first step sets the tone for our collective journey to a phenomenal architectural visualization.

Remember, every day spent waiting for these input materials is a day of lost profits and extended project timelines. Partner with our studio to expedite the process, and together, we can turn your architectural vision into a breathtaking reality.

We create a lot of camera approval renders, that help recognize the feel of architectural design before we start to work on the main scenes.
