Case Study — Piotrkowska 212/214
We're super excited to share a recent collaboration with the talented team at Inicjatywa Projektowa! Together, we brought to life their vision for revitalizing a tenement house and incorporating new modern architecture into the existing structure.
It's collaborations like these that make us passionate about what we do. We love working with creative minds to bring innovative designs to life. The end result was nothing short of stunning! The architects placed second in the architectural competition, and we're grateful to have played a part in helping them achieve their goals.

Check the rules
Two images in 3:1 ratio. The organizer of the contest cropped the space on the presentation board so the visual presentation wasn’t good at all. We debated and decided to change image cropping a bit. Watch out for such things - sometimes they can turn the project over and as we know well - there is no time for corrections if the deadline is coming.
Ratio comparision to the archi board problem (1,413) - (2.0) - (3.0)
A simple comparison between different ratios on the board. What’s more - we spot that we don’t have to show three views from the street and we can add a view from the courtyard to show more to organizers of the contest.
The mood board
At Pixelcraft.Work, we believe that attention to detail is the key to creating exceptional visualizations that truly capture the essence of a project. That's why we always start our work by gathering as many references as possible, in order to recreate every last detail that architects care about.
For this particular project, we knew that the mood board would play a crucial role in the visual communication between our team and the architects. By carefully curating a collection of images and textures that perfectly captured the look and feel of the project, we were able to ensure that everyone was on the same page and working towards a common goal.
References to the concrete - during work we tested the best solution for the building. Great looking bush-hammered concrete above and red smooth concrete below.
Courtyard references to greenery and bench elements.
Final effects
At our company, we value close collaboration with our clients throughout the entire project. In our final stage, we involve the client in several rounds of feedback to refine the images until they meet their specific requirements and expectations. Our team of architects internally review and provide comments to ensure every aspect of the project is thoroughly scrutinized and refined. This process enables us to deliver outstanding results that satisfy our clients while providing them with ample time to prepare their presentation.
